Banking for my small business

So I saw that Nedbank had some good looking products for SMBs (Free banking for SMBs), so I went to have a chat to the closest branch that had a small business banking representative. The thing is you have to take out a loan for R100 000 to get free banking for 2 years, and there is no option for early settlement of the debt.

My business is not capital intensive at all, so I am not interested in getting into that kind of debt just for the sake of free banking. These are my simple requirements:
  1. Current account (don't even want any overdraft)
  2. Credit card (got to be able to purchase things online)
Once I mentioned that I would need a credit card, Nedbank wanted me to transfer my homeloan to them before they would consider it! The whole point of setting up a CC is to divorce private and corporate finances. Great looking product, but inflexible.

So I went back to Standard Bank with my CC details, my ID and proof of address and they had my current account within a day, still waiting for the credit card to come through though.
